We went to Tyler's Aunt's/Uncle's house in Richfield and had a Christmas party with his Mom's side of the family. His cousin Jordan bought a santa outfit for the kids so we had to take a picture with Santa.We also ate some real good food and had a big white elephant gift exchange.
We went with out friends Spencer and Tiffany to the festival of tree's. It's this huge thing where a bunch of people decorate trees and gingerbread houses and they get auctioned off. It's for a charity for the children's hospital. I was pretty impressed by some of them. this is my favorite tree and to the right was my favorite gingerbread house.
We had a party with all of Tylers "Fun Boy" highschool friends. Tyler's friend Jared put it together but it was the same night as the BYU Vegas Bowl so they asked if we could have it at our house since we had cable. We had dinner and did a white elephant exchange. They had the same reuinion last year so hopefully it will become a yearly tradition.
And last but not least we had a fun ungly sweater party with some of Tylers best friends from highschool. We played lots of fun games, had yummy food, and had a white elephant. The best part was seeing all the fun outfits. Luckily Tyler's Mom has a "Christmas Sweater" she saves just for these ocations.
Other fun things we did:
- We had a Babb family Christmas party with Tyler's Dad's side of the family. (I forgot to bring my camera) but we ate yummy food and played bingo for awesome prizes
- We went to the Thanksgiving Christmas lights with my friend Bethany and her "dates"
- I had a faculty Christmas party with yet another white elephant exchange and yummy food.
- I had a fun class Christmas party with my kindergartners and we all came to school with our pajamas and pretended to be on the polar express the while day. We also made gingerbread houses to try to catch our gingerbread man that ran away.
