1 years old!

Believe it or not our baby is One Years Old! I keep thinking she is going to slow down a little on this whole growing thing but she seems be growing more and more. We had a cake smashing photo session done by our good friend Maija-Liisa. We love how they turned out!

Her one year stats:

24 lbs - 90th percentile

30 1/2 inches tall- 85th percentile

45.7 cm head circ.- 70th percentile

The biggest thing that happened the last month was she learned how to walk! She now switches between walking and crawling but is getting more and more comfortable with walking. She also has now learned to stand on her own.

She just got her 4 upper front teeth in at the same time so that has been quite the mood change.

She is babbling more and says: mama, dada, baba, mmmm (for food), "baa" (for bath), and papa

If she puts something in her mouth and i tell her no she will take it out and hand it to me

She's LOVEs things that go inside each other like cups. We find random things in our shoes.

She is a great sleeper and will sleep from about 7:30pm-8:00am. She is still taking two naps about 1.5 hours each

She loves to eat finger foods and is starting to get just a little picky on what foods to eat. She will eat her favorite foods first. She still likes baby food but not with texture in it.

She transitioned to whole milk but doesn't care too much for a sippy cup

She will try to eat her food with a spoon but is pretty messy

She has learned how to throw tantrums and will throw herself on the ground when she gets frustrated or mad.

She still hates to get her diaper changed

Her favorite toys are probably her stacking cups. She loves to watch cartoons especially Elmo..we try to limit to one show a day, if even. She also likes to take all the clothes out of drawers.

She's become a lot more cuddly and will lay her head on our shoulder when we tell her to give us a hug, she doesn't like to give kisses as much anymore.

We love our Cambri and love the beautiful baby and daughter she is and continues to be. We are excited for all the adventures we have ahead and cherish all the memories we have so far. She is such a joy in our lives and brings so much purpose and love into them. We are so grateful and blessed to have such a wonderful baby! Happy One Year Birthday Cambri, We love you more than anything!!
