Surviving Winter

This year we had a pretty bad winter starting after Christmas. It snowed a ton and was always under 20 degrees all of January. The end of February finally got warm enough to go outside a little so we were able to go sledding right before the snow melted. It is really hard having a toddler stuck indoors. We had to get creative to find things to do around the house like play in the sink water. I decided to join a toddler gym class which was once a week for 6 weeks. I also started working at a daycare two hours a week at Xtend Barre workout studio in exchange for free classes. It actually has been nice for Cambri and I to get out of the house in the mornings. Cambri loved it and it gave us something to look forward to.

Here are some pictures of the snow. The one on the left is Tylers parents street and the right is the stairs to our basement.

Some fun things we did to survive winter:

Something really fun that we did was go to the circus! One of the things on my bucket list is to ride an elephant. They had elephant rides before the show started and it was only $10 plus cambri was on my lap so she was free so I had to do it. It was pretty epic. The circus was great, besides that it was so long that we had to leave early to get Cambri to bed.
